    Taught students how to research questions, then present their findings & `     point of view to the group. 
    Created courses that focus on news & controversies, American & world     cultures, and technology in today’s society.

    Worked with software engineers to improve the applications’interface, features,     and ease of use.

    Wrote training books on hospital Admissions, Medical Records, and Billing.     Created a new series of friendly training guides for hospital software.
